All rights to the artwork are reserved to me, the artist.

I have the right to upload the artwork in any of my social media accounts/ add it to my portfolio unless you request privacy in advance.

A privacy fee may apply for keeping the work confidential

I have the right to reject any commission which I do not find comfortable drawing or if it is beyond my capabilities.

I cannot do: (NSFW, Mecha, Gore, Very Muscular Characters, Furry, Realism)

You, the client, are required to provide another alternative way of contact. Either Email, Twitter, Discord, instagram, facebook, etc,.)

You are NOT allowed to EDIT, TRACE, COPY, nor POST UNWATERMARKED versions of the final piece.

Usage of work for generative AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs, NFT (non-fungible token)/crypto blockchains or any other for-profit schemes and platforms, ESPECIALLY those notorious for continuously disrespecting the ethics and wishes of the art community are strictly PROHIBITED and, I the artist does NOT consent to this.

You are NOT allowed to claim my art as your own.

Art commissions in any type are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless you have paid for the COMMERCIAL FEE.

Please credit me if you showcase any of your commissioned artwork anywhere public.

Please be as clear as possible with your request and provide clear references.

Once your commission request has been submitted, I will send you a proposal within 1–3 days.

After full payment has been received, I will provide a sketch within 5–7 days. This is the stage where you can request changes or revisions (up to 3 revisions maximum).

Since I have a full-time job and work on commissions during my days off, please expect the artwork to take approximately 1–2 months to complete, depending on my current queue and the complexity of the commission. I will do my best to complete and deliver your artwork within this timeframe or sooner if possible. If any unforeseen circumstances cause delays, I will notify you in advance and keep you updated throughout the process.

Unless requested or specified, the client will receive primarily two (2) update works throughout the process: (1) Sketch, and (2) the Final Delivery.

Failure to get a response from the client in three (3) days time upon sending the sketch, the client would be notified again via VGen Direct Message. If there is no reported response within 24 hours upon being re-notified, the client acknowledges that the sketch would be deemed as 'ACCEPTED' and will proceed with getting finished up.

Once Final Delivery is ready, I will be sending the Artwork via VGEN DM first for review and feedback in case of small changes or details that I might have overlooked.

Once I receive final confirmation from the client, I will be submitting it officially as Final Delivery and will mark the commission as COMPLETED

NOTICE: For instances that the Final Delivery has been sent to the client via VGEN DM for review and feedback, and NO response is received A DAY BEFORE THE GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE, the client acknowledges and agrees that the work will be considered ACCEPTED. The order will then proceed to Final Delivery and be marked as COMPLETED.

Requests for minor revisions after the order has been marked as COMPLETED may still be accommodated but will be subject for review first.

Full Payment is required/ UPFRONT (100%) to confirm your slot.

Work on the commission will only begin once payment is received.

If payment is not received within 3 days after the proposal is sent and without prior communication, the commission will be canceled.

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION - Please be very very sure that you want to commission me.

Refunds may ONLY become possible IF I was not able to finish or deliver your commission.

Please note that after files are delivered kindly secure them for I may not keep the files forever

All commissioned artwork is considered for PERSONAL USE only, (unless paid for a commercial fee). This could be used and posted on your social media accounts, be used as wallpaper/ profile pic, be printed, etc., as long as it will NOT be used for monetary gains and proper credit to me is provided.

For COMMERCIAL USE, such as printing of posters, stickers, or any product which you will use my art to gain profit, including distribution and promotion of digital content on any platform. You are required to pay a commercial fee of 100% - 300% of the total commissioned artwork.
